I used to love this shop, never again. Since Rocky left the helm it is not downhill, it is off a cliff.
BEWARE, not professional. Has not returned a call regarding aboiut money he owes me.
On August 30 I had a pre sale car inspection at 11:30am on a used AUDI Q5 When I picked up the car post inspection, I was told the shop did not accept credit card. I paid in cash. I asked for an invoice and the report. I was denied both and told they were going to send it to me. I followed up the following week. Nothing. Super unprofessional. Stay away, smells of scam.
he makes you pay a fortune and instead damages your car after three days of waiting. very bad experience. I finally arranged my car elsewhere in just two hours. Don't waste your time and money there please.
