We have spoken to fed ex and I know there was one item that was not delivered, but we have been told the other items have been delivered. if this is not the case, please send us an email to customerservice@rockyourglock.com so we can help you. Once items do leave the United States, they are out of our hands and can take a while to clear customs etc.
2 orders placed in the last month. Both orders were placed on Wednesday and in my mailbox on Friday afternoon. I can't ask for better service than that...

I buy from them online and also drop in the the store every month or so. The online orders are always processed flawlessly and delivered promptly. Just yesterday I brought in my 4 Glock pistols for some advise on sights and they were most accommodating and helped me figure out a better plan for my sight needs at a very fair price- within 15 minutes all the work was done and I was on my way.
