I love this place! I have used rocky top for several years now and they have provided superb care for my dogs, cats and horses. During the last year I have had to have an elderly horse euthanized and a senior cat euthanized. Dr. Tony Greer helped with my horse and the other Dr. Greer helped with my cat. I had the pleasure of taking my furbaby to Rocky Top this morning for her first visit. I was more than impressed with both the facility and the staff! Dr, Quillen spent almost 2 hours making sure that Smoke had everything she needed and that we had a plan in place for her future care. He made sure I understood what he was doing and why it needed to be done. I highly recommend the clinic for anyone who wants their pet to have the kind of care and attention they deserve.
We were very impressed with Dr. Quillen. He took the time to actually explain to us what was happening with our rabbit. He is compassionate and clearly loves what he does. We felt like we were really someone to him instead of a dollar amount. Very trustworthy. We will be bringing all of our exotic pet needs to him! Thank you Dr. Quillen for helping us help Freckles!
Would not recommend anybody taking their animals here to get spayed or neutered! Took our 2 babies litter mates to get fixed and our male didn't make it out of surgery. I went in thinking this is a routine surgery everything will be fine. Not at all. Everyone we talked to had a different story. All we wanted was the truth as to what happened to give us peace but no one could do that. More to the story but I'll stop at that.
