I just had to share my amazing experience with Rocky Top - their staff is seriously the best! They're so friendly and relatable, and they really know their stuff when it comes to booting those annoying pests out of your home. Five stars isn't enough - I'd give 'em ten!
I called to have someone check my attic for bats after a hole appeared leading from the attic into my living room. Instead of offering help, the woman who answered insisted there was “zero percent chance” I had bats—something she clearly couldn’t know without looking. She dismissed my concern. I called someone else and thankfully they took me seriously. I would not recommend this company, at least based on their office staff. Call Rainbolt Wildlife Control if you think you have bats.
Very thorough got rid of the issue fast. Sprays and bombs don't work.
Great Job, Professional, Good Prices… I Would Recommend Them To Anyone… I Used Them Last Year For Termite Treatment, Fogging Outside For Carpenter Bees, And Spraying Inside For Bugs… Didn’t Have Bug Problems After That… Tks…
