My latest experience with Rock Top Pest Control was excellent. My man that did the inspection (Jacob) was so knowledgeable, polite, kind, and very thorough. He helped me by giving me helpful hints. This Pest control company know what they are doing and I recommend them highly.
I just had to share my amazing experience with Rocky Top - their staff is seriously the best! They're so friendly and relatable, and they really know their stuff when it comes to booting those annoying pests out of your home. Five stars isn't enough - I'd give 'em ten!
I called to have someone check my attic for bats after a hole appeared leading from the attic into my living room. Instead of offering help, the woman who answered insisted there was “zero percent chance” I had bats—something she clearly couldn’t know without looking. She dismissed my concern. I called someone else and thankfully they took me seriously. I would not recommend this company, at least based on their office staff. Call Rainbolt Wildlife Control if you think you have bats.
