Zach came out and caught a major oversight in the condition of our duct work and no one prior had discovered this problem. Great attention to detail and will greatly improve our air flow for out upstairs unit. Highly recommend Rocky Top! 5/10/26: MJ and Jimmy came out last friday and installed new ducts and were extremely fast. Great work, our upstairs feels amazing!

Rocky Top just completed our Spring service on our AC units. Will (the technician) really did a great job checking out the systems and he went to great efforts to explain what he was doing. He really respected our property and went the “extra mile “! We would love to have Will as our regular technician.
Devin came out today and gave me options on both a thermostat replacement and service contract options. Great at explaining all aspects of both and great to work with! Mark, the electrician, came out today and replaced the fixtures on my driveway lamp posts. He arrived very promptly and got the work done very quickly and well!
M.J. and Jonah installed my new HVAC unit today and I am so happy! They were so friendly and helpful and did a five star job! They did a fantastic job cleaning up afterwards, answered all my questions and were great to work with!
