RecommendedI pre ordered my pizza and it was done exactly when it was supposed to be and the order was correct. Totally worth the 20 minute drive to whitewater from milton to get it every time!

my daughter drove 25 mins to get a pizza. they were disorganized and told her the wrong amount, then couldn't count correct change either. once they finally gave her what I had ordered, she got it all the way home. called, the store manager was not willing to do ANYTHING but make my daughter the correct pizza. no compassion or empathy. customer service is horrible. you wonder why places like this are closing everywhere.
we love rocky's, but tonight they hit it out of the park with there customer service. I called 8 minutes before closing and they took the time to make my order..when they could have said no. And as always the pizza was AWESOME!!!
While the pizza and sticks were amazing today the women working the counter today on a scale of one to ten scored a ZERO as far as personality and friendliness.
pizza and stix are under cooked.
We drove from Beloit to enjoy the pizza. Yum!!!!
Always a good place to stop. We do not live in Wisconsin so like to stop and eat and take some home with us. Always fresh and hot. Friendly people.
