Dr. Groody and his staff truly are the best! We just moved here from Utah and never had this good of an orthodontist experience back in Utah! Rocky River's customer service is some of the best we have seen in our 8 months living in the Mooresville area. The staff, (shout out to Dr. Groody, Casey and Yazzy) are great at making our kids feel comfortable and calm. Also I would like to point out some of the cool state-of-the-art equipment that they use. Dr. Groody and his staff are the best. They are very detail oriented and took the time to explain my son’s treatment needs. The office is beautiful and everyone is so kind. My kiddo also gives two thumbs up! They are so wonderful with him, and I know his teeth are in great hands. I highly recommend Rocky River Ortho!
We had a good experience with Dr. Groody for my 10-year-old son’s orthodontic treatment. Despite being a young doctor, Dr. Groody is highly professional, knowledgeable, and attentive. His approach made my son feel comfortable and at ease throughout the visit. The clinic is brand new, with a modern and welcoming atmosphere, and the entire team is incredibly friendly and helpful. It’s clear that they genuinely care about their patients. I highly recommend Dr. Groody to anyone looking for quality orthodontic care!
