Fixed the furnace circuit board. Reasonable price and very professional.
Very disappointing experience. They came for a site visit to assess upgrading to a heat pump, but after that, there was complete silence. I followed up multiple times and never received a response. It ended up being a waste of time and left a poor impression in terms of reliability and customer service.
Had an AC unit installed by them and it was leaking coolant. When called about it Marc just refilled it without actually fixing the problem, charged me over $400 for it, and it leaked again. He said he couldn't find the leak and he actually advised me to go with another company. He couldn't guarantee his work. I am now having to replace the whole AC unit and other companies I've had come over are noticing deficiencies in the installation. Big waste of money.
I don't know why anyone would choose another company. Rocky point was able to replace our furnace very quickly after it failed. Led by Marco, they were all thorough and proactive communicators, they saved us thousands from helping us make the right decisions, they went above and beyond in the work, and the whole team was very professional throughout the whole process. We’re so happy with Rocky Pt. H&AC! We’d bought a new dual fuel, downdraft stove and were unhappy with the store’s install team “inspection”, estimate etc. So we called Marco at RPHAC and he sent Alex over a few hours later to take a look, then booked our install for the following week - at a much lower rate than the other company.
