The doctor is very impatient, rude, and very defensive when you, the customer, express your dissatisfaction with scheduling. I spoke to one person, and she gives me a date, then you speak to someone else that cannot find the appointment so they give you another date. This happened 3 times and when i expressed my concern to the doctor she hung up. Unprofessional.
