I called on Monday to get my dog, He was a patient there since the day they opened, an emergency appointment. He was 16 an a half and fell off a 12 foot balcony. They told me the earliest they could see him was Friday and when I questioned them they told me Thursday. Blows my mind that they would let him go so long in pain and not work him in the same day. I did find a vet that gladly worked him in and sadly he had to be put down. I will never go back to Rocky point again. How could they care so little about a patient. They ... read more
The staff is awesome and so is Dr. Joni. I would definitely recommend them to anybody who has furbabies that need care.
I can't say enough great things about this hospital!! Dr. Joni is amazing and we have been a fan since the Raptor Center debuted! So there was no question when we got our Chesapeake Bay Retriever that this was the place to go! Thank you everyone for Sully's amazing first vet experience!!!
