Bad customers is due to the owner ken larson Ken larson is a narcissist who treat his employess with disresecpt , contempt and is a bully.the employess attitudes reflect the owners (ken larson ) attitude. S it is befitting that mr. Larson is in the trash business because that is what he is trash. Rocky mountain has good employess they just have a boss who sucks Lilithia angel of the night
Forget Your Refund I canceled service, due to non-pickups for one reason or another, and after a month have yet to receive my refund. The worst disposal company I have ever had.
Horrible customer service Bad customer service. If you have an issue or complaint, be prepared for them to cancel your service instead of working to resolve the issue. Their slogan “Customer Service is our Reputation” is far from what you will get with Rocky Mountain Disposal - wait, you'll get BAD customer service but certainly not good or GREAT customer service. And the girl that answers the phone, that is suppose to help you, has no idea what GREAT customer service means - and apparently the owners don't care who represen... read more
