I have been with this office for at least 4 years. This last year I feel customer service quality has gone down drastically. There are more front office staff but I feel phones are not answered in a timely fashion and to set up an appointment, get a referral, etc for my child takes at least 2 calls to get through (the referral took 3 days, called back at least twice per day, waiting for a nurse and whomever else).
