Super flexible office, Dr. Pate was super knowledgeable about hidradenitis suppurativa and performed a punch debridement which some doctors are resistant to do despite the relief they bring. I'm so happy I found their office.
Until I met Dr. Pate I thought all wounds took more than a year to heal. Dr. Pate is innovative with her individualized care and she is resourceful and caring so that there is progress with wound healing at each and every appointment. I wouldn't go anywhere else and I would send my own mother here any day.
Waited over an hour, no apology. First thing, The doctor asked ask, Is your insurance card up-to-date? She may be a competent doctor, However, Patient Care may not be her first priority.
I'd give 10 stars if I could. Dr. Pate went above and beyond to take care of my leg wound. She was always kind, flexible scheduling, willing to answer questions and never made me feel bad about it Wish she was my main Dr.
