I’m healed!!! Just got great news today that my surgical wound is healed! Dr. Pate did a fantastic job, and took such great care of me. I am so thankful I found Dr. Pate!! A big thank you to the whole team!
Super flexible office, Dr. Pate was super knowledgeable about hidradenitis suppurativa and performed a punch debridement which some doctors are resistant to do despite the relief they bring. I'm so happy I found their office.
Until I met Dr. Pate I thought all wounds took more than a year to heal. Dr. Pate is innovative with her individualized care and she is resourceful and caring so that there is progress with wound healing at each and every appointment. I wouldn't go anywhere else and I would send my own mother here any day.
Waited over an hour, no apology. First thing, The doctor asked ask, Is your insurance card up-to-date? She may be a competent doctor, However, Patient Care may not be her first priority.
