The staff the atmosphere the precision all leads to a great confidence in this facility. They are very encouraging and efficient. Actually miss going there and seeing everyone. Be in charge of your health. Take charge. Do what has to be done snd the staff and volunteers at this facility will get you through your time there. Everything is a highlight at this facility! They are fast yet thorough, and you NEVER feel rushed with the doctors. I love them all.
After radiation my dad became very sick and when I called for help I was told that it would be too hard for a doctor to work him in by the triage nurse. I am a first responder so don’t tell me that. They told me all they would do is send them to the ER which is one of the worst places for a patient with cancer. Now my dad has spent time in our hometown hospital and the doctors have him much better. They say they want you to call but get upset when you do.
They Listen, they Care, they are very eager to tackle the problem to find out the problem. Everyone acts as a team. You are not treated as a number. You Are Treated as a patient, a person. To Me It Is A comfortable atmosphere. Being Offered a warm blanket, snacks and conversation. I don't feel alone when I am there. Thank You For Caring.
The staff are all so wonderful, welcoming and caring!
