Never had any issues
Worst utility company ever. I had two guys working on my sprinkler system when suddenly the water stops. I call and Rocky Mountain Utility Company tells me that it will be off for a couple hours. I ask why they didn't notify us - they say it's only a couple hours. It was almost 5 hours, the sprinkler guys were covered in mud and couldn't do anything. Now, I've missed one payment and they give me 4 days to pay the missed payment and the next one (which isn't even due for 2 weeks) or they'll shut my water and sewer off. Also, ... read more
