Terrible customer service from John. Very difficult to deal with especially when he makes a mistake. He has a very difficult time taking accountability for issues he created. Losing faith in this team, it only takes one bad grape.
RMTT has the best technicians/engineers I have ever worked with! I love their dispatchers, each of them is kind and helpful. I highly recommend RMTT to any individual or company for their IT needs.
RMTT provides amazing support for our small nonprofit. We can't budget for a dedicated IT position on our staff, so RMTT fills that role. We would waste so much time trying to problem-solve our IT needs/issues, if it weren't for RMTT. Instead, I email the dispatch team, who is very responsive, and then tech support follows up with guidance and resolves my tech problems! Highly recommend this team.
