Given the reasons for my visit, I couldn't imagine having a better customer experience! The staff was informed, helpful, professional and kind. The nurses were great and hopefully I entertained them as much as they did me! Surgery went great and I couldn't be happier given the circumstances. Got a great follow-up call today, and hopefully I never have to go back! :)
Staff was excellent and kind. Very attentive to my daughter's needs before and after surgery.
I waited maybe 10 minutes to go back, the nurse was amazing and talked the whole time to me while sticking needles in my arms (she could tell I was on the verge of passing out) all of the other nurses in the OR were great and told me everything they were doing and the anesthesiologist was amazing as well! I just wish the doctor would have explained what happened when my husband arrived and not when I am still looped up and forgot everything he said � other than that it's only day 1 after so we will see.... !!
Had a meniscus tear repair yesterday. The whole experience was 10 for me from checking in, to leaving after recovery. Absolutely no complaints here, I would highly recommend this facility to my friends. Thank you Rocky Mountain Surgical Center.
So everything went great, especially the anesthetic used now for colonoscopies, but the wait time up front was a bit ridiculous ( very cold feet and more anxiety waiting). The nursing staff and Docs were Great�
the back staff deserves 5 stars - but the unprofessionalness of the front staff makes a 5 star rating impossible.
