Awful customer service! Will not be doing any business here. Seemed an inconvenience to the salesman that we were in there trying to spend hundreds of dollars! Do not waste your $$ here!

We had a great experience with Rocky Mountain Stove - there were a few minor glitches (that they had nothing to do with) and they saved the project by stepping up and making sure we had what we needed for completion. I would highly recommend.
Sale staff is very very helpful .Haven't order yet so i'll let everyone know how it goes . So far it's been Great !!
This was the 3rd place I visited and the shopping experience was much more pleasant. There was no pressure, my questions were answered and I was given phone numbers of other places that could help me make my decision. Unfortunately, because of city regulations, I was unable to install the stove that I wanted and had purchased (very sad about that). Poor service!! They have left my elderly parents without heat in the Mountains of Denver! They have done nothing to fix the mistakes! Call someone else! Shame on this company!
