Avoid booking a U-Haul with this facility at all costs! My family member had a reservation for 10 AM and the business’s posted hours for Saturdays begin at 8:30 AM. We were at the facility until 11:30 AM and no one was there and there is no phone number to reach anyone. In the meantime, we saw 6-7 other customers attempting to get in. We were finally able to call U-Haul directly and get access to a different truck, however, the only truck available was a 26 foot truck that will not fit into the area we are moving. We’ve had a decent experience with renting and working with the staff, what I struggle with is the fact that the gate is never ever closed/locked. I have driven by at numerous late and early hours and the gate remains wide open. I’m paying for a secured facility- which apparently it’s not. Why is the gate always open? What is happening over there that shutting the gate after hours isn’t a thing?

Shannon at the front desk is so rude & completely unprofessional! I rented a uhaul truck from her to go a couple miles round trip one time, she never fully checked out the previous driver and added their 18 miles onto my bill!!! Of course i brought it back with a full tank and shes pulling some crap that i brought it back with qtr tank… absolutely ridiculous when she can even google the distance from my home address to Rocky Mountain storage. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM. We waiting an hour and a half to speak with the front desk about our storage. Called over 20 times WHILE WAITING in their lobby for someone to come to the desk or down from their shack of a house upstairs and even drove around multiple times to see if MAYBE someone working was checking on the units. Nothing. No one to be found even though three cars were there (employee cars). Ridiculous.
