So happy to have set up this location for our daughters storage. The office staff, Chris, was very patient with my million and one questions and assisted with the right size unit to fit my needs. When time came to sigh the lease agreement, I called to let the office staff, Aleta (sp.), to let her know that I was headed to the office and may be a minute or 2 late. Avoid booking a U-Haul with this facility at all costs! My family member had a reservation for 10 AM and the business’s posted hours for Saturdays begin at 8:30 AM. We were at the facility until 11:30 AM and no one was there and there is no phone number to reach anyone. In the meantime, we saw 6-7 other customers attempting to get in. We were finally able to call U-Haul directly and get access to a different truck, however, the only truck available was a 26 foot truck that will not fit into the area we are moving. We’ve had a decent experience with renting and working with the staff, what I struggle with is the fact that the gate is never ever closed/locked. I have driven by at numerous late and early hours and the gate remains wide open. I’m paying for a secured facility- which apparently it’s not. Why is the gate always open? What is happening over there that shutting the gate after hours isn’t a thing?
