Excellent customer service....
Shannon at the front desk is so rude & completely unprofessional! I rented a uhaul truck from her to go a couple miles round trip one time, she never fully checked out the previous driver and added their 18 miles onto my bill!!! Of course i brought it back with a full tank and shes pulling some crap that i brought it back with qtr tank… absolutely ridiculous when she can even google the distance from my home address to Rocky Mountain storage. They also advertise 24/7 gate controlled access and the gates are always open so yo... read more
DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM. We waiting an hour and a half to speak with the front desk about our storage. Called over 20 times WHILE WAITING in their lobby for someone to come to the desk or down from their shack of a house upstairs and even drove around multiple times to see if MAYBE someone working was checking on the units. Nothing. No one to be found even though three cars were there (employee cars). Ridiculous. Moving is a stressful time for anyone, BUT, working with Shannon was a breeze from reserving trucks to returning them! Her confidence and enthusiasm was shown as we walked through the door---her knowledge of trucks and reservations along wit figuring out the storage units we needed was top notch!
