I got my shades from Rocky Mountain Shades and Shutters the are beautiful Hunter Douglas shades … I was told I may qualify for a 1200.00 Xcel energy rebate … what they don’t tell you is that if you don’t have central air … you will never qualify… so spend more with Xcel Energy to get a little bit back … this doesn’t make since to me! It’s most likely I have saved more by not having central air …
We bought several blinds and shades from this company - three of which are motorized. One of the halo shades came with a non-working motor. It has been months and we still don’t have a working motor even though the installer told us we would have a working motor within a week. Our family room has been in partial darkness because there is no way to work the shade without the motor. Ridiculous. Lots of broken promises and still no working shade.
