After emailing a couple times over two weeks ago with the owner, no further contact was made. Terrible customer service.
Good quality blinds and shades, ordered additional blinds to match existing ones on other windows. Reasonable delivery time, about a month. Would have liked more communication from the salesperson on when delivery would be - had to call for that information rather than the salesperson, who is getting the commission, keeping track and letting their customers know proactively.
