I'm a real estate agent so I encounter many different situations that deal with sewer lines. I have had great experiences with this company. Just got off the phone with Art, and he took his time to review a sewer scope with my client and I. He is very knowledgable and honest.

Sad to leave this review after years of partnership with these guys. Unfortunately we had a scheduled Maintenace that nobody showed up for. When we were billed we explained what happened. After a very defensive and accusatory interaction with the owners, we provided CCTV footage proving that nobody was here. Yet instead of taking some accountability and retaining good faith with their long-term customer, they ignored invitations to meet in person and then had the audacity to send us a “past due” notice.
