They are rude. After all, it's not their money that is being garnished or taken. Hell, If I had the money to pay for the medical bills, I would pay the damn things directly.

After countless calls over a bill that was never mine to pay I finally had the honor of dealing with the service bureau. The receptionist was nice on the phone and remembered me when I was forced to called back. However, KRISTEN was incredibly disrespectful and made me feel like a criminal. It is astonishing she was able to do this with barely four words. Her hanging up on me was the icing on the cake. They have a tendency to call you multiple times when you've agreed to make a payment, but then as soon as you miss one single payment, or even pay it a day late, they threaten legal action. They hassle you, send multiple letters and multiple phone calls, and tend to make your life a living hell. I agree with others when they say Rocky Mountain Service Bureau gives debt collectors a bad name.

The employees of RMSB are heartless, money hungry vultures. I am trying to care for a family of six since my Dad passed in March and they are simply trying to squeeze me dry. I told them about my situation and they were UNWILLING to even attempt to help. This company can make you wish you'd died instead of seeking medical help. They are terrible, horrible people who should be yanked out of this field after repaying all their clients out of pocket

I have dealt with many collections centers and these guys are the worst. I only owe a fraction of what I once did, but they are rude and threatening. I hope that this experience is not something that others have to go through. I refuse to have anything to do with them. I simply pay every month. When they start to harass me I just hang up.
