Fantastic crew that is accommodating to our home schedule. amazing work with flashing. similar to how the vent flashing and metal were painted to match the roof. Ridge vent installation also went smoothly. Simple to work with, and the job was neatly cleaned up after. Looking forward to installing the gutter once we paint.
Throughout this process of having a new roof, Tom Ross and his team have been nothing short of extraordinary. He has been a pleasure to work with overall, being punctual and attentive. I endorse this business! These people are unstoppable, capable of accomplishing anything!
My roof and gutters were having problems. They worked quickly to arrange the jobs and did a fantastic job of communicating the issues. They paid an incredible sum to restore. Mario was very polite. Even when he was up on the roof, he cleaned my skylights. I'll give them another call if I need gutter or roof repair done.
I wasn't sure if my roof damage would be covered by insurance. Tom Ross arrived that same day after I contacted him. He examined the roof and determined that I required a new one. He took care of the insurance. By the end of the next week, I had a new, gorgeous roof that was more durable and ready to go. They arrived on schedule. I'm now hiring Tom Ross to update the gutters and repair the windows in this old house. I sincerely appreciate Doug.
