Customer service is excellent. We were not happy with our original room and they were quick to provide us with an excellent upgrade.
This property is poorly managed and the staff is really rude. My parents and I rented two cabins for the weekend. My parent’s cabin was pretty dirty and could have used some repairs - the main steps into the cabin were uneven and dangerous, their DVD player was missing, instructions on how to use the fireplace were missing, and when we cleaned some water off the floor the paper towel came away black. The property has a 10am checkout time but the cleaners were there by 9:30 so we left early which felt kind of ridiculous. And ... read more
