This property is poorly managed and the staff is really rude. My parents and I rented two cabins for the weekend. My parent’s cabin was pretty dirty and could have used some repairs - the main steps into the cabin were uneven and dangerous, their DVD player was missing, instructions on how to use the fireplace were missing, and when we cleaned some water off the floor the paper towel came away black. Staff is rude. Not worth the money. There are way better options in the area.

Currently staying in 157 and will be checking out and leaving our vacation a day early. We have caught two mice in our room, and there are ticks. I get we’re in the mountains but if I wanted to sleep and eat with rodents I would’ve just packed a tent.

Unfortunately our experience here this time was bad. Rocky Mountain Resorts Quality has gone WAY down. Price has gone UP, yet check in is 4PM and check out is 10 AM. Number 15 was the one we stayed at. Upon walking in, the cabin stunk and the floor was extremely dirty. There were nasty smudges all over the fridge, white stuff on the floor and all over the microwave and oven. Did the housekeepers even clean this place? For 100$ cleaning fee you would think so, but i guess all the “cleaning” they do is changing bed sheets and ... read more
