Design process was smooth and easy. Tyler took the time to show us multiple material and logo options to find one that met our needs. The turn around time was quick and the apparel we ordered is exactly what we wanted. Pricing was fair and we are looking forward to our next order
I contacted them online and they got back to me about a week later. That was the first and last time they took so long to respond to my emails.
