Spoke with a Tessa, my agency works with Dr. Hilty and her patients. She was incredibly rude and abrasive to my staff -
Always wait too long. Appointment will be at a certain time but you will wait in a room for 40 minutes before even being seen. They expect us to be on time. So should they! They will also say they are going to send in a new Rx for a prescription then don’t, and when you try to refill it, they then deny it. They are friendly but that’s about it.
