Most unfriendly and unhelpful staff EVER!!!! I lost my medication and needed a refill. My doctor was on vacation, so the receptionist said the other doctor could help me. Oh wait! They were gone by 2pm on a Monday! So I couldn't get it. They even ignored my pharmacist who called them. Denying someone medication is the worst thing you can do. You all should be ashamed of yourselves....
This place sucks. You have to call when you get there even though you’ve already made an appointment and if there are any callers your waiting on the phone for at least 10 minutes before being able to tell them that you are there. I’ve been here multiple times and they never give me a solution for my issues it’s always “if it doesn’t get better come back In a few days”. I have never been treated so awful and I am a healthcare provider. I took my uncle for a hospital follow up visit today, which was made a couple weeks after he was discharged. We were told by his specialists doctors that he is not on isolation and does not need to wear a mask outside of his house. His appointment for an in person visit was changed to telehealth and due to miscommunications, was ultimately canceled. This was not communicated to us by other family members, so we showed up. Went here in search of a new primary physician. That was fun, NOT! At 65 years old, I was lectured like I was 4! She was determined I would accept vaccinations I do not need or want, she lectured on the dangers of vaping after I told her I DON'T USE VAPES! The weight scale is off by at least 5 pounds and since seeing my current primary 5 days earlier I shrunk in height by almost an inch! Nope, nope, nope! Side note, I love my current primary physician, she just doesn't do Medicare.
