I’m SO DISAPPOINTED!!!! I absolutely love my Doctor Carlos Vela Brol!!!! He’s been far the best doctor I’ve had in years!!!’ I had to get a doctor who accepted my chronic illnesses. My insurance was United healthcare. The plan I was on was very necessary for me in many ways. I’m not able to qualify for Medicaid due to I have a life insurance policy.
