Unfortunately we have had REALLY bad experience. We had to buy an indigenous Garter snake that was just caught in the wild, in Aspen, and then priced at $40. Due to my son being so upset I had to buy the snake to release it to where it came from. This is wrong, unethical and bad business. We were then charged $60 for fish, 1 of which already died. I hope this review helps you realize catching wild animals in Aspen and selling them is awful and heartbreaking. Never give bad reviews but this was horrible:(
RecommendedRocky Mountain Pet Shop has a great supply of pet food. They have all sorts of healthy brands of food and treats and an enormous selection of play toys for our pets too. Check it out! You will love it!

Ross goes out of his way to research the best foods for our large breed dog. If we decide we want to try something new he's always willing to stock it—and orders it whenever we need it. That's real small town service!
We adopted the most adorable hamster from Ross! The staff spent an entire hour with me and my kids educating and teaching us about hamster care! They are so awesome �
Love this store and the people! Ross and his staff are extremely helpful, and always happy to fulfill special requests. Plus best selection of toys!
Great selection of treats and toys - and always have Bandit's favorite food! Friendly knowledgeable staff who are always happy to help!
Helpful, knowledgeable, and nice staff! I walked in with no idea what to get and came out with some goodies that were very much appreciated by my cat.
