I promise you this is a 100% honest review from me (a mom) to any of you moms reading this. The entire experience was absolutely horrible. We saw the PA Kallie and I don't know if she just hates her job or was having a bad day but she didn't care about us at all. We kept asking questions and she offered zero suggestions. We had a great experience with Dr. Job K. Chacko at Rocky Mountain Pediatric Urology! We were referred to him by a friend whose son required a similar procedure as ours and we’re glad we went with him. It can be daunting knowing your child has to have surgery but we felt that we were in great hands!l throughout the entire experience!
Dr. Chacko is warm, welcoming and clearly knowledgeable. He took care of young baby’s urological problem easily, keeping us informed before, during and after the surgery. Having a baby with a medical issue is nerve-wracking in general, but he and the staff at the surgical center made us feel confident and at ease.
Dr. Chacko is amazing! He took his time explaining our sons condition and the procedure to help him. He made sure we were comfortable with the process and was very reassuring along the way. I would highly recommend Dr. Chacko!
Job was great and super thorough, friendly and effective! Highly recommend!
