I wonder if they know their receptionist is actively sending people away. I was told the procedure may not be covered by insurance because it’s probably “cosmetology”, I think she meant cosmetic. When I told her I was willing to pay for it, she still suggested I try to look elsewhere. *Actually I was not offered an appointment. I had wanted to schedule an evaluation. Dr Job Chacko was very precise, quick and knowledgeable. He answered every question we asked without hesitation, was friendly and professional- especially with an uncomfortable topic of conversation he made it very easy for us as first time parents to understand the situation at hand.
