Our son went to the ER for what turned out to be a nasty UTI, and ultimately we had to take him a few more times as things progressed. Dr. Chacko was the on-call pediatric urologist at the ER, and our experience was as good as can be expected. After the visits to the ER, Dr. Chacko was able to help our son so as to avoid further issues. He's doing much better now thanks to Dr. Chacko, and I would recommend him without hesitation.

We love RMPU! Dr. Chacko was amazing with our son! Kind, caring, considerate, took his time, answered all our questions, made us feel at ease with our son’s procedure. Simply wonderful. We would recommend this practice and Dr. Chacko to everyone. Thank you RMPU!

I wonder if they know their receptionist is actively sending people away. I was told the procedure may not be covered by insurance because it’s probably “cosmetology”, I think she meant cosmetic. When I told her I was willing to pay for it, she still suggested I try to look elsewhere. *Actually I was not offered an appointment. I had wanted to schedule an evaluation.
