I wonder if they know their receptionist is actively sending people away. I was told the procedure may not be covered by insurance because it’s probably “cosmetology”, I think she meant cosmetic. When I told her I was willing to pay for it, she still suggested I try to look elsewhere.
Dr Job Chacko was very precise, quick and knowledgeable. He answered every question we asked without hesitation, was friendly and professional- especially with an uncomfortable topic of conversation he made it very easy for us as first time parents to understand the situation at hand.
I promise you this is a 100% honest review from me (a mom) to any of you moms reading this. The entire experience was absolutely horrible. We saw the PA Kallie and I don't know if she just hates her job or was having a bad day but she didn't care about us at all. We kept asking questions and she offered zero suggestions. We had a great experience with Dr. Job K. Chacko at Rocky Mountain Pediatric Urology! We were referred to him by a friend whose son required a similar procedure as ours and we’re glad we went with him. It can be daunting knowing your child has to have surgery but we felt that we were in great hands!l throughout the entire experience!
Dr. Chacko is warm, welcoming and clearly knowledgeable. He took care of young baby’s urological problem easily, keeping us informed before, during and after the surgery. Having a baby with a medical issue is nerve-wracking in general, but he and the staff at the surgical center made us feel confident and at ease.
