RMPU is top-notch, and Dr. Chacko is FANTASTIC. Highly recommend!
Worst office I have ever dealt with. My son had surgery with Dr CHACKO and gave us an estimate that was off by nearly $1,500. I have paid them and midtown surgery center over 6k. Was never called for a follow up and their statements don’t reflect what I have previously paid. BEWARE
Our son went to the ER for what turned out to be a nasty UTI, and ultimately we had to take him a few more times as things progressed. Dr. Chacko was the on-call pediatric urologist at the ER, and our experience was as good as can be expected. After the visits to the ER, Dr. Chacko was able to help our son so as to avoid further issues. He's doing much better now thanks to Dr. Chacko, and I would recommend him without hesitation.
We love RMPU! Dr. Chacko was amazing with our son! Kind, caring, considerate, took his time, answered all our questions, made us feel at ease with our son’s procedure. Simply wonderful. We would recommend this practice and Dr. Chacko to everyone. Thank you RMPU!
