Had my baby’s tongue tie released with Teresa Wolanski and I could not have had a worst experience. Zero informed consent given. No numbing cream used. No pain medication or aftercare instructions. No real explanation of consequences - said there were none. No explanation of actual procedure except for that it would be painless since she was only cutting into the thin part of the frenulum where there are little nerves. The team at RM Peds ENT are incredible. I can't say enough great things about everyone from the front desk, to the nurses, the hearing testing team and Dr Bangiyev. Incredible experience even down to the rechecks. If you go anywhere else ...good luck. You're missing out on trustworthy and caring staff through the whole process. Truly a unique, loving team that I'm grateful were so caring towards my daughter and her ear tube needs. Thank you!
RMPE has been wonderful with our son who needed surgery. Dr Mitchell is really approachable & friendly, knowledgeable & skilled. He did a great job with our son's surgery. And Molly the NP was great too. Everyone in this office (front office & the MA) is kind, professional & helpful. We're thankful to have gotten in sooner too 😊
