Absolutely ridiculous. I had an appointment and have been waiting for over 30 minutes, and the doctor still hasn’t shown up. The front desk said there are four patients at the same time — what’s the point of making an appointment then? Completely unprofessional and a total waste of my time.
Had my baby’s tongue tie released with Teresa Wolanski and I could not have had a worst experience. Zero informed consent given. No numbing cream used. No pain medication or aftercare instructions. No real explanation of consequences - said there were none. No explanation of actual procedure except for that it would be painless since she was only cutting into the thin part of the frenulum where there are little nerves.
