We hired Rocky Mountain Outdoor Living with the hope of building a long-term partnership for a multi-phase landscape transformation at our home. I hired Rocky Mountain Outdoor Living in October of 2023 and it has been a nightmare since. There is a lack of communication and overall organization of the company. I paid **** for my project and they have completely cut off communication with me. Wont answer my calls, emails or texts. The material I paid for is beautiful, but the installation and final product of the work is not what I expected. This business hired a separate crew to complete our contracted work, which was a total re- landscape on a half acre. ******** not only did not know how to do the work, when they were unsupervised, they slept in our back yard and consistently left trash in our yard during our project. It took twice as long to complete. We had to argue to get the hard scape path done correctly. And now, we cannot get them to respond with replacing some plants that didnt make it a year. Per our contract, they present they will do this, but they... read more
