The surgery went well and my knee feels good, but I was more upset with how they unfairly charged me for a brace and crutches. I never used it when it was given to me. Then the day of surgery they took it away from me because I could walk right after the procedure. I ended up not needing it at all. Dr. West, specifically said I would not be billed for it and yet I was still billed for it. If you value your hard earned money dont go here. I have had chronic knee pain ( from an injury as a teen and caused me to use a cane in my early 20's ) that has kept me from many life activities. I saw a total of 4 different doctors to get an accurate diagnosis but each one was different. The first was in the rapid clinic and he was amazing and was even teaching an intern while doing an amazing job. I can’t say anything about the care they give. I can only say that when you call the office, you get a detailed message saying leave a message with all your personal information and they’ll call you back. Don’t call more than once! you’re told, because they will call you back. And after many days … they don’t call you back.
