Absolutely horrible. Dr. Nguyen is ableist. He will form an opinion of your case by your chart alone before even seeing you. He will not budge even after you have gone through the assessment with his intern. There is a reason why you can get into his office for assessments without a long wait.
Unprofessional. DO NOT bring your loved ones here! The doctor does not do the assessment themselves, an inexperienced, rude and dismissive intern performs the assement. The doctor then interprets their report. They do not take your medical records mri or anything into account here. They accused my sister (TBI survivor) of malingering and wrote that in her report.
