Great Experiance I recently went to see Dr Barrett at her office in Skyridge Medical Center and had a wonderful experience. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I felt like Dr Barrett tool the time to listen to me and my concerns and felt as though the follow through was very good. I called the doctor one day because I was not feeling well, they gave me instructions on what to do and a staff member actually called me the next day to see how I was feeling...that doesn't happen often.
Not that helpful I went to this office earlier this year due to some health problems I had been having. The doctor didn't answers the questions I had nor help me find out what was wrong. The receptionist was completely unhelpful, and didn't listen to me when I requested an afternoon appt time or when I requested not to be referred to one specific location. There were also problems with billing, they billed my insurance twice under two different names.
