I had a very unprofessional experience with Carrie Martin. We sent a txt saying we couldn't make the appt the next day. She apparently doesn't look at txts daily. So I called the night before. She called and said you should call medicare directly. I then called back twice, left a txt and my husband called once. She had no time to even respond. A professional would of at least said, I don't have time to help you. Sorry. Very unprofessional.
