UPDATE: 11/10/2025 @ 10:26AM Owner of business called me threatening to leave our company a negative review as retaliation for my negative review, claiming that my original review was dishonest and it was "his choice" whether or not to give timelines on work. Owner also claimed that company does not service Laramie area because of "people like you." When my furnace stopped working I couldn't find anyone else that could make it out for at least a week to fix it. Rocky Mountain made it out the same day, and replaced my control board. A few weeks later my furnace stopped working again. He came out the same day again and troubleshot it for me. This time it was a limit switch that had nothing to do with the original problem. My AC went out. Someone was able to come and get it fixed quickly! He was so nice and respectful. Reasonably priced! I will recommend this company time after time.
Keith preformed maintenance on our furnaces at a multi unit rental and was forthright about issue that will cause problems for us down the road but cleaned and left the ones that looked good. Appreciate his work and honesty so everything will be functioning come winter.
My air conditioner stopped working on Thursday and Keith was able to fix it on Monday at a reasonable price. Keith does great work and is honest and dependable. I plan to use Keith for all my furnace and air conditioner repairs and maintenance.
