Of course the cold weather brings out the problems with a furnace (extreme hot weather with A/C) and mine is no exception. RMM Keith showed up the same day I called, diagnosed the issue and ordered the “hard to find” parts within hours. He fixed my furnace at a fraction of replacement. I appreciate him. I highly recommend him and his company to help us get through tough times! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Amazing service! I had an emergency furnace outage in the middle of a cold snap and Keith scheduled me right away and saved the day. Professional and friendly service at a great price. I cannot say enough good things :)
Kieth was great! All other HVAC outfits were booked up but Kieth was able to squeeze me in between jobs. Quick and efficient, would highly recommend.
I live in North Carolina, I called keith to help out a friend who lives in Cheyenne, who had been without heat for 48 hours. He was extremely helpful and immediately got to my friend to restore her heat. Keith is very professional with reasonable service prices. Any future issues I will definitely be calling Rocky Mountain Mechanical.
My furnace stopped working last night and the house got pretty chilly. With a freeze coming I knew we couldn’t wait another night without risking the pipes freezing. No one else could make it in today but RMM got here within a few hours and had it fixed in under 20 minutes. Very reasonable pricing and excellent customer service! Highly recommend
