I consulted Dr. Andrew Brooken today and I found him to have lots of patience answered all my question, spent good amount of time to understand my family history and explained all possible options. This was first visit but I felt as if Dr Andrew was a family doctor and the team Ms Voilet who did the paper work was well organized most of time was spend in consulting doctor ( other clinics its on waiting ) , also the nurses and other staff were help full and well organized.
Dr. Fabian is by far the best nephrologist I've ever had and I've been seeing them since 1980. He takes his time and explains everything, he listens to everything you say and calls so promptly when he gets an abnormal lab or anything that needs attention. His responses to any of my question never get ignored no matter how ridiculous they are. My respect for him as my doctor is incredible and his respect for me and what I need from him is so obvious. Dr. Brookens is fantastic at his job. Always made us feel comfortable and fully aware of options and expectations. I couldn’t recommend him or his practice any more highly, they are wonderful.
I always hated going to my nephrologist appointments in the past, but Dr Brookens has changed that.
I’m very grateful for Dr Brookens exceptional care of my loved one. Besides being an amazing doctor, he is also VERY patient, kind, understanding, & friendly, & he explains conditions clearly. He makes sure all of your questions & concerns are addressed, he responds quickly to pt portal messages, & he does thorough follow up. I’ve never felt rushed here. The office staff are also kind & responsive & make you feel at ease.
