had the worst experience ever. i had a scheduled appointment and i have arrived 15 minutes before as stated on a confirmation text message. upon arrival, they said that there was no doctor on site and that they couldn’t proceed with my appointment. mind you, i scheduled this appointment a month out on a day i had the day off and had time to schedule a doctor’s appointment on the dumb updated app they use. there was no phone call or any other form of communication to let me know that there would be no doctor on site. they are... read more
Bad experience with Eva. Entitled attitude and talks to people like they are stupid. Talks with a tone. Definitely not coming back there after that.
Avoid this practice. They ignore all calls, texts, or any forms of communication other than traveling to the office and walking in yourself. The appointment was 5 minutes, She talked over me the entire time. And she also messed up my prescription, in which I had to walk back in a week later because like I said, they don’t answer the phone. Avoid this practice. Communication is non-existent. They ignore calls, texts, and portal messages. The doctor is unprofessional, rude, and has made multiple dangerous errors with my medications. To top it off, she refuses to apologize for the wait or her mistakes. Absolute nightmare to deal with.
