I called them to.get a motorcycle quote. Spoke to Mauricio. I provided my current coverage, at the end he was unable to match those coverages. When I spoke to him AFTER buying his policy in order to get more information about the limits, his FIRST "go to" was "if you don't like it then cancel". The sole porpuse of an insurance agent is to provide assistance that the big corporations make harder to get, to have the comfort of a local person you can call SPECIALLY when you have an emergency and this was the complete opposite. ... read more
