Wanted to see a specific doctor. I was told that they were not available, but after establishing with the clinic with a doctor, I could always change later. When I called to request a follow-up appointment with a different doctor, the clinic absolutely refused. Poor communication on their part. Very frustrating!
Dr Ong is a waste of time. Only reads notes and prescribes meds. If u need more time to fully heal and need refills he refers u back to the original dr even if things are going in the right direction. Back and forth game just to get antibiotics. Appointment after appointment running around taking time off work. Without antibiotics im in the ER within days. He won't do his job and dismisses all other factors and only looks at what he believes instead of individual cases. Overpaid and not helpful! Try seeing ur pcp b4 going to... read more

This place was extremely rude and canceled my appointment after being a few minutes late after driving an hour away. They have no compassion nor care for sick people. SHAME ON YOU!! may God be gentle with your KARMA!!!
Dr. Ong needs to go back to school , I was sent to him from my doc over a year ago he called me crazy and I didn’t have a parasite. I had to go to Denver to get care! Come to find out I have one of the hardest parasites to get rid of and now I don’t have a fighting chance. He just spoke in his recorder saying I didn’t have any parasites For his record!
