My baby just spent the better part of 6 days in the NICU here and I cannot say enough about how amazing their care team is there. I'm gonna try to hunt down every nurse I met so I can write about each of them individually as well. Dr.Morales is awesome, and every NICU nurse seems to have genuine care for their patients and their families. My newborn stayed in the NICU for a month ( which later was confirmed by other providers outside the hospital as unnecessary). The nursing staff was amazing, however the providers were mostly bad. They lied to us trying to push surgeries and unnecessary tests/treatments on us - again proven and confirmed by other providers and my baby’s current state that all of those were not required. Very high quality care and people that really care about making sure the patient and parent feel as comfortable and relaxed as possible every step of the way! Incredibly impressed with how effortlessly handled everything was and how much they kept us in the loop the entire surgical process. Every single person we interacted with was a positive experience!
I’m am very pleased with this hospital. My son was born here and we have been coming back ever since. Dr. Benson is amazing! She has taken such good care of my son with his numerous surgeries. I’m very pleased with the valet services and cafeteria.
HORRIBLE no parking and then we had to search how to get into the ER for my child. The secretary is rude as ever no help...... We will never come back here and will continue to go to the actual children's hospital in Aurora. So not come here I hope they have experience with kids.
