I’m am very pleased with this hospital. My son was born here and we have been coming back ever since. Dr. Benson is amazing! She has taken such good care of my son with his numerous surgeries. I’m very pleased with the valet services and cafeteria.
HORRIBLE no parking and then we had to search how to get into the ER for my child. The secretary is rude as ever no help...... We will never come back here and will continue to go to the actual children's hospital in Aurora. So not come here I hope they have experience with kids.
I had a wonderful experience at Ronald McDonald. I was welcomed by a volunteer Eashan Tulsian. He was good at showing me different options for tea and coffee and some snacks. I appreciated his help. I noted that he was cleaning every table after someone used it. This made me happy that the facility was clean and germ free. Thank you Presbyterian for this wonderful service.
While in the hospital they were wonderful! My baby got life flighted there and got tons of testing that we need to know. They never gave us a portal to sign up with they just said to call back if we didn’t receive a call within 2 weeks. I tried calling over and over again I either get hung up on or told to do the portal so I try the portal and it says my baby was never there! NO ONE will give me my babies medical records or test results. I have been fighting with them since April and it’s June now.
