They are by far the worst Home Care Agency I have ever experienced. They are constantly under staffed, use inexperienced caregivers, don't communicate with one another and lie about everything. When I first started on their services, they informed me I could not have shower aides for the first two weeks of my care-- BECAUSE THEY DIDN'T HAVE ANY.
