Abbey our Hospice nurse/case worker/loving supporter is a remarkable woman and gives Rocky Mountain hospice care a good name. Abbey! Abbey! Abbey! The best ever! She will be in our hearts every time we think back on this time of transition of our beloved Jack crossing the veil.❤️❤️❤️

I was admitted to Rocky Mountain Care in Clearfield due to mobility issues because of bulging disks in my back and a pinched nerve down my leg. Most of the staff and all of the Physical and Occupational Therapists were great. When I was discharged, Rocky Mountain Honey Care made sure I got transitional home health care with PT, OT and a nurse. They were all very helpful and supportive.
