Rocky Mountain Clearfield experienced a power outage on Monday morning, September 28. As a medical provider, I was obviously very concerned about patients that are requiring ventilators, oxygen via concentrators, and other vital medical equipment. The staff at Clearfield were absolutely amazing in their response to the loss of power and the care of patients. The facility is very nice and clean. The therapy team is great to work with and the CNAs. They just need more Pepsi.

All I can say are good things about this establishment is like a fresh breath of air. My brother was neglected at his previous place which I will not mention. All the staff have been a blessing and truly thankful for the care my brother is receiving. They have treated and care for him as if he was their family member which I am truly grateful for also he is recovering so well here. From the respiratory therapist to the CNA a special thank to you all for making this difficult time not difficult.

I am extremely disappointed with our experience at Rocky Mountain Care in Clearfield. My family is going through an incredibly painful time as Robert is seriously ill, and what should be a time focused entirely on his comfort, dignity, and care has instead become even more stressful because of communication and family involvement issues. Our loved one has two adult sons, yet one of them has been excluded from communication and involvement regarding his father’s care.
