I highly caution anyone considering a home build with Rocky Mountain Home Builders. We started conversations with them and expressed our target budget of $800K. We quickly realized that this budget was not realistic for what we wanted and what RMHB could offer, so that budget grew to $1M. After confirming general size and design selections, RMHB came back with an estimate of $1.1M. The lady was very nice and helpful. She actually gave me a rough quote which nobody else will do. It allowed me to get an idea of what something was going to cost me without having to go through a bunch of hoops.

Reached out to them 3 weeks ago and after a week I received an email about setting up an appt . Responed to the email... nothing. Called and left 3 vm..... nothing, called during office hours, vm and not even a call back. Thing is .... we are ready to build our home, lot purchased, cash in hand , financing in place just needed someone to help design, draft and build. Kinda glad they blew me off.
