I now have to go to Farmington to get my hearing tested.-n or I could do it over Zoom. I live in Mancos COLORADO! VERY POOR selection and choices of physicians. I am completely fed up with my PCP. and can't find another doctor with out getting a completely different policy with another company!

Worst health insurance on the planet. They do not cover procedures out of state or most claims in state. Completely worthless insurance. I paid 24K for insurance then another 30K out of my own pocket in one year. This is organized criminal activity legalized by our crooked lawmakers who receive money from these jerks. I'd be better off putting this money in my own HSA, sorry insurance execs, you might not make that payment on your third home.

They deny small claims. They do not know how to process claims properly. They do not know even who does or how the process works (they are not certain if they even have a claims department). They deny claims that are in network but say they are out of network and then penalize you for going out of network when you never did. They do not receive or collect their mail for appeals. They do not research claim appeals effectively. They are terrible on every level.

RMHP completely botched and canceled my 2021 enrollment, claimed to have fixed it, did not reinstate it, then claimed that I had canceled it. How convenient for them. RMHP is a disaster in Mesa County, CO. Do anything you can to avoid RMHP, and if you have to deal with them, record every phone call and insist on names and follow-up documentation by email.

I have been in healthcare for 40+ years and this company is by far the worst I have ever had. They second guess the patient when the patient seeks services. They delay payments to the providers as well. They are expensive and they provide very little. For $443.00/mo the plan still does not cover dental or vision. Seek another!

It would literally take me days to explain the poor customer service and unprofessionalism I have received from this company. They have implied that I misunderstood what I was told about my coverage by their customer service rep. Essentially they are calling me a liar and questioning my integrity and honesty.
