Be careful of extra charges they apply to your visit without initially disclosing the charges. They also charge for completing any intake forms. Be careful what you say because they will find a way to charge you.

First time visiting for a dog bite. Everything went quickly and smoothly, except the new patient paperwork. The PA Kenzie examined my hand and wrote me a prescription.

I came in with foot pain/hand pain and saw Alejandra. She was sweet but since she was new, she had to go discuss with her colleagues. Well I heard her talking to Kenzie, another newer PA and they said they couldn't order tests because there is no diagnosis. Like WHAT?? I haven't been able to walk for 3 months (in crutches and wheel chair at home) and they totally dismissed it. Dr Forest gave me the right medication, dosage and taper schedule to safely detox from alcohol at home. He covered all his bases with the utmost professionalism. I asked for a referral to possibly peer into my 30-year running non neurotypical state, but unbeknownst to me, the psych world isn't something that you just walk into, and good luck with insurance! Great office - if I need to make an appointment, I'm usually able to do so within a very reasonable timeframe. I usually see Julie K, she's very understanding and professional. If this office is in-network for your insurance, I definitely recommend them.
