I talked to the collection agency that held my account info. They said it was up to you guys to ensure my address was correct so I could receive the statements. Why did you not do this? You guys took my info off my drivers license when I got injured. The customer service rep from Falck was not willing to pull my account from collections which is fine, but never explained my options. He kept saying “well we are not pulling it from collections”. I kept asking what are the options and he said I need to deal with collections age... read more
Maybe they should try to work with 82 year old patients on a fixed income instead of sending them to a collection agency! Worst company and that is sad when you don't have a choice in a life threatening emergency - they suck!
DON'T EVER USE THIS AMBULATORY SERVICE. Their EMT's are horribly rude and say things like "Next time take a cab." And upper management is a joke. Currently looking into litigation options. BEWARE!
