Check in was easy. Staff was very welcoming. I saw Ashley and during the visit I felt comfortable and at ease and really felt heard when we discussed my issues. Edit after procedure: had my colonoscopy and endoscopy today. Check in for procedures was easy. I wish I had gotten all the staffs name but the male RN who took me back did my IV was awesome. Made me feel comfortable. The tech and anesthesiologist were awesome as well. Let me know every step of the way and what was going to happen/happening. Very caring and polite. B... read more
