Terrible experience, doctor prescribed all out of network tests without prior consent, I was then given a massive bill that was not covered by my insurance on what should have been standard tests that any in-network provider would offer. After months of asking for my medical records to appeal to my insurance, I get told to contact the front desk, who never answers. As a patient, I have a right to access my medical records, so this feels extremely unprofessional.

All the bad things you read about this place are true. The nurse was fine. But the coordination and office in general is an absolute mess. Avoid.

Sometime in February of 2025, Rocky Mtn did a test one. I never received the bill in the mail what so ever. It went to the collection agency, I called and asked to see if I can get an item invoice, when I was there and the amount showed how much i actually owe. I was told it went to the collection agency; therefore, I would need to contact them. I then called the collection agency and they refused to provide the document i request. My PCP sent through a referral for a colonoscopy. Phoned to make the appointment and, after being transferred twice, I was told the referral didn’t reference colonoscopy, so they couldn’t book me. Contacted Common Spirit referrals and they confirmed that it did, in fact, reference the procedure on the referral. So now I’m at an impasse. Will I die waiting for this to get sorted out? Who knows.
